wormbite is long and slender; a sinewy body frame. his legs are freakishly long and give him a spiderly appearance. unlike his sleek frame, he has large & round-ish ears that contrast. he has thin onyx-colored fur that tufts up in certain areas. his underbelly and muzzle are a lighter black. most notably, wormbite has vilitigo which results in white speckles across his back & tail. over the ages, more speckles have appeared and now the tufts of his ears + eyelashes on his right eye are white. due to his cataracts, wormbite has cloudy light amber irises. far too many scars litter his body from years of battle and being held captive. he suffers from mild weakness in his left frontpaw from a sprain and walks with a limp from his left hindleg. he speaks in a low, raspy & monotone voice and snells strong of spicy citrus with an underlying pertchoiur scent.

trauma has worn wormbite into a bloodied & rusted machine. constant loss has caused him to withdraw from all his clanmates to prevent further damage but his need to serve keeps the fire inside him ignited. despite how he can appear aloof due to his silent nature, wormbite is willingly to go to unfathomable length for riverclan and is on constant hypervigilance. when he does speak, every word is carefully spoken yet often in a straight-forward manner. he analyzes constantly, keeping track of the smallest things but still struggles to fully understand social cues. he excels in strategy, always eager to gain knowledge to improve upon it. experience has molded him into a fierce warrior & hunter despite his physical conditions. unfortunately, wormbite's dislike for non-riverclan cats causes him to be apathetic at best and aggressive at his worst. while he will not hurt the defenseless, he deems every warrior he kills as only taking away a danger from riverclan and keeping the blood off their paws. often only feeling guilt when he feels the consquences. wormbite has deluded himself into this role of sin-eater but keeps this damaging mindset hidden mostly. when he does form attachments, they often become intense swiftly and his protective nature can become controlling if unchecked; desperate to avoid abandonment once more. ultimately, he is a lonely individual scared and desperate for connection that fixates on his work. at least he has a sense of humor!
